This article will explain how to mark artworks as ‘’Sold’’ on Artland.
On our platform it is possible to indicate the availability of a work using the following options: "For Sale", "Not for Sale", "Sold" and "On Hold".
It may happen that, over the course of time, you have sold a work that is on our Platform and therefore wish to change its availability. In this case, you can mark it as sold.
To do so, you need to go to the “Artworks” section attached to your gallery profile and click on the work you wish to edit.
Once on the artwork’s page, click on the "Edit Artwork Info" button located in the upper right corner.
Next you will be taken to a form page where you can edit the information in the boxes provided. In this case, scroll down to the '' Pricing and availability '' section and click on the ''Sold'' button.
After having made the changes, click on the ‘’Save’’ button located in the upper right corner to ensure they appear on your profile.
Once you have saved the changes, the artwork will be labelled as sold and it will be still visible on your gallery page and on the artist's profile, but not in the general marketplace ("Works for Sale").
