This article will explain how to invite other admins, such as colleagues, to manage your gallery profile.
To enroll a colleague as an administrator of your gallery profile, first of all make sure you are logged into Artland with your credentials. If you want to know more about how to login, read the article First Admin Access and Login Process.
Next, go to your gallery profile and click on the "Manage Admins" button in the upper right corner of the Admin Toolbar, and then "Invite Admin".
A pop up window appears. Simply enter the email address of the person you wish to invite and click on "Send invite".
Your colleagues will receive an email containing the link, through which they can enter the platform and modify the contents of your exhibition space.
If you prefer your colleagues not to receive our onboarding emails, switch off the "Onboarding flow" toggle.
