Import Artworks

This article will explain how to import the artworks you wish to show on your collection profile so that we can make the uploads for you.

Keeping an updated profile is very important for increasing your online visibility - and we know that uploading artworks can take some time, but through the "Import Artworks" button you will keep your collection profile up to date while saving time and resources.

First of all, you should create a Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer folder including the images of the artworks you want to upload, and a file with each piece's information. You can download this template (and in particular the second sheet: for collectors) to provide us with the details of the artworks. 

To share with us the materials, once logged in with your credentials, you should go to the menu on the top right corner and click on the option "Import Artworks''.

A new screen will open, click on ''Start''.

You will be asked to enter three simple pieces of information:

1. The name of your collection
   
2. The download link of your works with the checklist
   
3. Additional information
   

Once all the fields have been filled in, click on ''Submit''.

At this point, our team will upload the works for you and will inform you as soon as the operation is completed.
